We prepare every order within 3 to 5 business days.

That window exists for a reason. Each piece is checked, wrapped carefully, and boxed to arrive the way it was meant to look. We don't rush it. We'd rather get it right than get it out fast.

Customs clearance, high-volume periods, and weather conditions can occasionally add time to a delivery. These are outside our control, but we appreciate your patience when they come up.

✏️ Changes & Cancellations

Need to adjust something? Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

To cancel: email us with the subject line "Cancel My Order" To update your address: contact us within that same 24 hour window

Once a package has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible. The sooner you get in touch, the more we can do.

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before holding your package at a local hub. To keep things smooth, make sure someone is available during your expected window, or add a safe drop location in your delivery notes at checkout.
